Jack Musser

I’m a founder and operator. Most recently, I co-founded NexDrop, where we worked to improve last-mile delivery through software, automation, and emerging technologies.

I’ve always been obsessed with building and selling things. From selling merch in high school to teaching myself to code, I’ve spent years chasing ideas across software, marketplaces, and AI. Some worked. Plenty didn’t.

I consider Ohio home, though I’ve lived in Dallas most of my life. These days, I write small checks into cool startups, advise founders, and travel whenever I can. And yes, I’m a Buckeye fan.

I lost my hearing to meningitis at 13 months old and have used cochlear implants for the past 23 years. That experience inspired my Eagle Scout project, focused on improving communication between police officers and drivers who are deaf or hard of hearing.

I also volunteer at a summer camp for kids with cochlear implants and help families navigate hearing loss. The older I get, the more that work means to me.
